Return & Exchange Window

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in their original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags attached
- In original packaging with all protective covers
- Including any certificates of authenticity
- Free of any odors, stains, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Kid’s Accessories (including hair accessories and small items)
- Kid’s Blankets/Towels
- Kid’s Hats
- Kid’s Headbands & Bows
- Kid’s Onesies
- Kids Moccasins (if worn or tried on without protective socks)
- Jewelry (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Return Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business hours during our Los Angeles operating hours, you’ll receive:
- Return Authorization Number
- Pre-paid shipping label (for exchanges or defective items)
- Detailed return instructions
Step 3: Package and Ship
Carefully package your items including:
- All original items in their original condition
- Original packaging and tags
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside
Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow:

Refund Information

Deductions
